Parking at Serenity! There is space for up to four cars if you park directly facing the property. Should there be fewer than four cars, feel free to park at an angle. NOTE: The garage will not be used for vehicles.

To the left, a step leads down to the den, furnished with a spacious round Ficks Reed rattan table accommodating six individuals, a plush Roche Bobois cream sectional sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a wet bar. This sets the tone for the rest of the house's exploration.

✨ Chef's Kitchen: The kitchen features a consistent red Mexican Saltillo tile. It includes a spacious stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, oven, warming drawer, and a double sink. Ample counter space is available for meal preparation and grocery storage, and a hallway pantry is available for additional convenience.

- Guests need not worry about packing or renting beach essentials as we provide a comprehensive array of amenities. Towels, beach chairs, coolers, a beach wagon, umbrellas, and a paddle board are included. Additionally, a generous assortment of beach toys is available for young children to enjoy. All beach supplies are located in the garage. 🐚

- Young children necessitate constant supervision when outdoors. The property is situated on a private beach devoid of lifeguards. Swimming is at your own risk. 🌊

- This home holds great sentimental value for the owners, who have preserved its original character with love and care. It exudes a timeless old-school Florida charm. Please treat this home as if it were your own. ✨

- Beach chairs + umbrella must be returned and hung up after each use. 
- Please DO NOT spray sunscreen in the house
- Please DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper
- All dishes must be left clean if used during stay 
- No smoking (inside)
- All noise should end by 10:00 P.M.

We strive to provide a very clean and safe place to stay. Please treat our property as if it were your own. No smoking inside the house. Please be considerate when using water and electricity, especially AC during the daytime during summer months.
